Valparaiso Wine Tour or Transfer

– Pickup from your hotel in Valparaiso (or Viña del Mar),  or Santiago for transfer (see opposite)

– To begin with we head to Atilio & Mochi, where the co-owner Angela of this 3-hectare micro-winery, receives us at their winery and home for a full explanation of the fermentation and aging process, followed by a tasting of their exclusive range of award-winning wines with nibbles (3 wines included).

Next, we go to the coolest area of Casablanca, Las Dichas, to visit a micro-winery project called La Recova. David Giancomini, has 5 ha of Sauvignon Blanc, and is dedicated to different styles of this variety, (Sauvignon Blanc, Espumante, Noir de Blanc rosé) as well as experimenting with some red fermentations: Syrah & Cabernet Sauvignon). We have an exclusive tour of this boutique operation, followed by a tasting of their award winning wines with canapés and cheese. (3 wines included)

– Afterwards, we head to the chateaux at Viñamar, a beautiful casona where gourmet lunch is available overlooking of D.O. Casablanca Valley.
