Casablanca Valley Wine Tour

– Pick up from your hotel/address in Santiago or Valparaiso at 8.00am approx.

– The first stop is Atilio & Mochi winery, where the co-owner Angela of this boutique 3-hectare winery, personally receives us and explains the cultivation, fermentation and oak aging process. We then taste a range of their award-winning wines with nibbles (3 wines included).

– Next, we go to the coolest area of the Casablanca Valley, Las Dichas, to visit a micro-winery project called La Recova. David Giancomini has 5 ha of Sauvignon Blanc, and is dedicated to different styles of this variety, as well as experimenting with red fermentations: Syrah & Cabernet Sauvignon. We have an exclusive tour of this small-scale operation, followed by a tasting of their exclusive wines with canapés and cheese (3 wines included).

– Finally, we head to the chateaux at Viñamar winery, a beautiful casona where gourmet lunch is available on the terrace overlooking the D.O. Casablanca Valley (see options for lunch and prices). Hotel drop off in Santiago or Valparaiso at 17.00pm.
