Colchagua Valley Wine Tour

– In this boutique wine tour of Colchagua, we first visit Viña Lugarejo, a small family winery set in Nancagua. Elina and Fernando are dedicated to crafting unique and natural wines, with huge success in diverse red wine varieties as unique as Mouvèdre, Carmenère and Merlot. After going through the canopy management, fermentation and aging processes, clients are invited to taste a wine in the process of evolution direct from the tank, followed by a tasting their acclaimed limited-production wines (3 wines included in total)

– Following this, we take a tour of the OWM (Own Wine Makers) garage winery. After succeeding in separate winemaking and viticultural careers, the cousins José and Jaime decided to follow their passion, join forces and make two barrels of their own Carmenère in 2011, with spectacular results. In 2014, they inaugurated their adobe cellar, with a capacity for up to 20 barrels. We enjoy a cellar and vineyard tour guided by the owners, followed by a tasting of their exquisite wines (3 wines included).

– Finally, we have the chance to sample some of the region’s finest cuisine at the Fuegos de Apalta restaurant (cost apart), which is adjacent to the Montes winery.
